For Side Sleepers: Be sure that the wool is on top. You may want to make a slight indent in the center of the pillow for your head. Lie down and pull the edge of the pillow slightly over your shoulder and under your chin for full neck support. Never use the pillow under your shoulder. Nestle into the pillow and feel it cuddle up to you. If there is an area where you want more support, take your hand under your pillow and push the hulls where you want them to go. If the pillow feels too high or hard then open the zipper to the hulls chamber and scoop out a few cups at a time. If you want firmer support and more pillow height rotate the pillow a quarter turn making sure the wool top is facing you. Or you can order and add more hulls. Play with your pillow until you feel aligned and comfortable. Then, settle in for deep relaxation and restful sleep.
